In all these 1 and 1/2 hourly sessions you will be guided on your Healing journey. Learning meditation, relaxation and healing techniques, which calms the mind and body, releases stress, and stimulates good health. With practice and patience you will understand the power is within yourself for a healthy, happier life.
All for a small fee of £10 per class to be paid in advance. (Only £6.65 and hour). Please phone mobile for you place as limited spaces available.
